With their fifth round pick, the Jets opted to select Virginia cornerback Bryce Hall, who was widely ranked as one of the best players left on the board at that time.
Hall played on the outside at Virginia and had returned for his senior year with the hope of being a high pick this year. Unfortunately, he suffered a devastating leg injury in October.
The Jets have two picks left - both in the sixth round at 191 and 211.
