Buzz: Even more players worked out for the Jets

Nobody has signed yet, but we can add a few more names to the ever-growing list of players the Jets have kicked the tires on ahead of Monday night's season opener:

Adams, the 25-year old former Giants tight end and Delaire, a former Carolina edge defender who is also 25, are the new names here. Adams was a sixth round pick in 2016 and has 24 catches in his pro career. Delaire had 3.5 sacks in 15 games in a reserve role with the Panthers in 2015 and 2016 but hasn't played in the NFL since then.

Some more names here:

The former New Orleans Saint Kikaha is another edge rusher we've been expecting the Jets to target and Robinson is a 27-year old third round pick who hasn't started a game since 2014 but has been a core special teamer. Robinson might be viewed as a potential upgrade at the gunner position.

Finally, one last name:

Anderson has started three games over the past two seasons after having gone undrafted in 2015. He's another good special teams contributor and would play inside linebacker in the Jets' defensive system.

We'll let you know when the Jets finally pull the trigger on a personnel move.
