Another rough one for the Jets who gave up an 80-yard touchdown on the first play from scrimmage and then seemed to be in the game for most of the first half but an overly cautious offensive approach and some terrible tackling seemed to be their main downfall in another humiliating blowout loss.
Both teams suffered a bunch of injuries and there was sloppy play throughout but the Jets were completely unable to capitalize on anything all day.
There were some bright spots - Quinnen Williams had probably the most active game of his career and Mekhi Becton built on last week's debut with another fine display. However, there were way more negatives, including giving up a 55-yard run on 3rd-and-31 and not managing a single 15-yard play on offense until midway through the third quarter.
Vent away in the comments - we'll be here all day tomorrow to break it all down...
