Injury Report: Carter ruled out with Johnson's status "down to the wire"
The final injury report of Cowboys week is out:
It was also reported that Braelon Allen is expected to be out for 8-12 weeks, so we likely won't see him again in 2025 unless it's right near the end of the year.
As previously noted, Brownlee or Isaiah Oliver could fill in for Carter, who is definitely out. Aaron Glenn said the decision on Johnson and Nwangwu will both go to the wire.
If Johnson can't go, the rotation will presumably be the same as last week. If Nwangwu can't go the Jets have multiple options as return and running back cover.
Dallas has a ton of injury concerns themselves as you can see. Two offensive line starters are among the players ruled out with Cooper Beebe already on injured reserve. Presumably Tyler Smith is going to play despite not practicing during the week.
