Injury update: Kerley returns to practice

Jeremy Kerley returned to practice today following his four game suspension. The Jets currently are permitted to carry an extra player on the roster because they have a roster exemption for Kerley.

Today's injury update from the Jets is that six players missed practice while Bruce Carter, who has a groin injury, and Thomas Hennessy, who suffered a concussion on Sunday, returned to practice on a limited basis.

Predictably, Matt Forté and Brian Winters missed practice with their long-standing injuries, while Elijah McGuire is out after his ankle injury early in Sunday's game.

Morris Claiborne also missed practice with a sore foot, while Rontez Miles has a hamstring injury and Rashard Robinson missed out for personal reasons.
