Injury Update: Osemele doesn't practice as injury dispute rages on

The Jets have released their official injury report and the big news is that, with both sides locked in a dispute over his status, Kelechi Osemele did not practice. As per their previous threat, Osemele has reportedly been fined.

However, there was mixed news in respect of the rest of the line-up:

Note: Demaryius Thomas and Brian Winters are also questionable.

Where does this leave us?

The big loss is Beachum, which forces the Jets to revert to the line-up that finished the Cowboys game, assuming the three interior lineman - all of whom are questionable - can all go. The Jets may move Chuma Edoga to the left side and put Brandon Shell back into his regular right tackle position though. Jonotthan Harrison and Tom Compton will be on standby.

Hewitt not playing will also be a blow, especially with McClellan out. CJ Mosley being back helps and Blake Cashman should complement him well, but with no other depth the team may need to employ someone like Brandon Copeland or Harvey Langi there in an emergency. Both have played off the ball before.

For New England, wide receiver Josh Gordon and tight ends Ryan Izzo and Matt LaCosse did not practice and are not expected to play. New England signed Eric Tomlinson and Ben Watson during the week to play tight end.
