Keep or Dump: Breece Hall

In between now and the start of the new league year, we're going to look at each of the Jets' pending free agents to decide whether or not the Jets should bring them back. We begin today with running back Breece Hall.

Hall is coming off his first career thousand-yard rushing season and was easily the Jets' most potent offensive weapon last season.

While he may favor a fresh start, the Jets could in theory control his rights if they opt to place the franchise tag on him. So, what should the Jets do?
