In between now and the start of the new league year, we're going to look at each of the Jets' pending free agents to decide whether or not the Jets should bring them back. We continue today with linebacker Neville Hewitt.
Hewitt had a career year in 2020 as he was thrust into a full-time role when CJ Mosley opted out. He ended up with 134 tackles, two sacks and four passes defensed.
OTC's contract value algorithim puts Hewitt's value at $9.4m per year based on his 2020 season, but obviously that's excessive. Is he worth bringing back at a more reasonable price? What do you think? Please respond to the following poll and expand on your vote in the comments.
