Keep or Dump: Quincy Williams

In between now and the start of the new league year, we're going to look at each of the Jets' pending free agents to decide whether or not the Jets should bring them back. We continue today with linebacker Quincy Williams.

Williams looked like a bargain a few years ago when he was named as an all-pro, but in 2025 he was benched during the season and he struggled badly down the stretch.

It seems likely Williams is another Jet who will favor a fresh start. Will the Jets make much of an effort to bring him back anyway?
