Keep or Dump: Tony Adams

In between now and the start of the new league year, we're going to look at each of the Jets' pending free agents to decide whether or not the Jets should bring them back. We continue today with safety Tony Adams.

Adams has started 35 games over the previous three seasons and had a big year in 2023 with three interceptions.

However, he's also been benched a few times and the safety position seems certain to be one that will be upgraded, so should the Jets bring Adams back?
