Postgame: Jets 16 Bills 17

Adam Gase's first game as Jets head coach ended with a brutal opening day loss for the Jets who led 16-0 in the third quarter but then crumbled after CJ Mosley went down with an injury and lost on a touchdown pass with three minutes remaining.

They wasted a solid performance from free agents Le'Veon Bell, Jamison Crowder and Mosley himself with a frustratingly uneven offensive display and paid the price for only scoring six points in the first half (on a Mosley interception) despite forcing four turnovers.

Recently signed kicker Kaare Vedvik missed both his kicks, which also proved costly.

The Jets now face the Browns - who also lost today - on Monday night football in a week two clash that will be crucial for both teams.

Time to vent...we'll be back with in-depth coverage tomorrow.
