Update: Jets sign Still, Faulk to replace injured White, Bryant

According to Adam Schefter, the Jets are making another move for a defensive tackle:

UPDATE: Here's details of all four roster moves:

The 28-year old Still is a former 2nd round pick out of Penn State. He's 6'5" and 310 pounds and recorded 40 tackles, 0.5 sacks and a forced fumble in 30 games with the Bengals over his first three years. Since 2014, he's played just three times for the Texans, recording three tackles.

Here's his spider (which looks more like an egg):

Still is perhaps best known because of his daughter Leah's courageous fight against cancer. Leah, who along with Devon was presented with the Jimmy V Award at the 2015 ESPY's, is reportedly still cancer-free.

UPDATE: Faulk is a rookie from Garden City Community College that the Jets have tried out a few times. Here's what we said on him the first time:

Faulk is a transfer from Baylor and was the NJCAA defensive player of the year. He has experience of playing in a 3-4 defense and ran a 5.03 40-yard dash at his pro day, at 304 pounds.

White had missed some practice time, although the nature of his injury and that of Bryant is unknown. With Claude Pelon also going down yesterday, the team obviously needed some bodies on the defensive line.

We'll have a full scouting report on both Still and Faulk over the weekend.
