Roster News: Jets acquire CB Brownlee in trade

In addition to all the linebacker changes, the Jets made a trade for a defensive back:

Brownlee is a 24-year old who started 14 games as a fifth round rookie last year, racking up 75 tackles, nine pass breakups and an interception. However, he's been a little penalty prone during his career so far. He ran 4.54 at his pro day and intercepted six passes in his college career.

It will be interesting to see how he fits into the Jets' plans.
