Roster News: Jets activate Ogbuehi, elevate Streveler

The Jets made moves ahead of tomorrow's game:

We've placed WR Jeff Smith on IR and activated T Cedric Ogbuehi off IR.

QB Chris Streveler has been elevated for tomorrow's game.

It will be interesting to see if the Jets use Ogbuehi at right tackle. George Fant has been really struggling since stepping in there and Ogbuehi did a surprisingly solid job in four previous starts and one relief appearance.

If the Streveler experiment goes well, they'll need to sign him to the 53-man roster to use him again in week 18.
