Roster News: Jets add Banks to practice squad, release Hayes

The Jets have switched out an offensive lineman on the practice squad:

We've signed OL Brant Banks to the practice squad and released OL Marquis Hayes

We've also released LB Mykal Walker with an injury settlement and waived RB Dominic Richardson with an injury settlement

Banks is 26 and made two appearances with the Packers as an undrafted free agent last season, albeit only on special teams. He has played both tackle positions in preseason action.

Hayes had been with the Jets since last June. He was elevated to the active roster for one game last season but did not see action.
