Roster News: Jets add DT McNeill to practice squad

The Jets have made a roster move:

We've signed DL Amari McNeill to the practice squad

T'Vondre Sweat missed the second half of Sunday's game after taking a hit to the knee so the Jets may need bodies on the defensive interior.

McNeill is an undrafted rookie who was with the Chiefs in preseason. The 23-year old 300-pounder had seven sacks in three years with the Colorado Buffaloes, having spent his first two seasons as a backup with Tennessee. He had ankle surgery during the offseason.
