Roster News: Jets add ILB Worrilow and RB Adams to active roster
The Jets have added a few players today:
#Jets are signing LB Paul Worrilow, source says. So they add former #Eagles RB Josh Adams to the active roster and sign another player who was in Philly with Joe Douglas on the same day.

Adding the 29-year old Worrilow, who retired in August after a five-year career that saw him start 52 games makes sense because of the injury crisis at inside linebacker. He hasn't played for Gregg Williams before but the Jets have coaches or front office members who were at each of his last three teams.
Adams, who led the Eagles in rushing yards as a rookie last year, was apparently about to be signed off the practice squad so the Jets promoted him to secure his rights. Initially, there was concern that perhaps the move might indicate that Le'Veon Bell will miss some time, but apparently his knee injury is not thought to be serious.
The corresponding moves have yet to be announced, but we'll update you later on those.
