Roster News: Jets add several players to roster and make one cut

The Jets have made their roster moves ahead of tomorrow's game in Miami:

The Jets will be a little shorthanded at linebacker tomorrow, with only four on the active roster. On the other hand, having again elevated Blair, they'll have 11 defensive linemen available, although Jonathan Marshall, Tim Ward and maybe one other player will presumably be inactive.

Smith is needed because the Jets have a receiver and their two best gunners on the Covid-19 reserve list, while Brown is probably going to be active ahead of Kenny Yeboah despite Kroft's return.

The unexpected move here in activating Edoga. The indications during the week were that Conor McDermott will start at left tackle with George Fant out but perhaps Edoga can rotate in with him or at least be available to step in if he falters.
