Roster News: Jets add Zappe to practice squad

The Jets have now filled out their 17-man practice squad:

Zappe had a poor preseason but, for now at least, gives them an emergency option who knows the system. It would be interesting to know if Brady Cook would have been signed to the practice squad ahead of Zappe, had he not been claimed by Miami.

Kohl Levao will presumably clear waivers today, which may mean that someone will need to be released from the squad so he can take a spot. We will, of course, keep you updated.
