Roster News: Jets make ZERO waiver claims; Hansen to New England

According to Manish Mehta of the Daily News, the Jets didn't pick up anyone on waivers today. Mehta says they made no waiver claims but perhaps they had some unsuccessful claims. That seems possible because the Browns (two) and Giants (seven) claimed a bunch of players ahead of them.

There may still be moves to be made as the Jets could be waiting to claim players released today or could have a trade in the works. Alternatively they could be targeting players who were veterans and therefore not subject to waivers. It seems highly unlikely they'll stay pat with the roster as it is.
