The Jets announced a roster move today, as veteran receiver Quinton Patton has been placed on injured reserve and another wide receiver, Devin Street, has been signed to replace him.
The 26-year old Street is listed at 6'3" and 200 pounds and was a fifth round pick out of Pitt in 2014. The Jets are his fourth NFL team and he's caught 10 passes for 152 yards and this impressive touchdown:

The nature of Patton's injury has yet to be reported but we'll update if any details surface. His absence could open up an opportunity for someone else this year, including ArDarius Stewart, whose skill-set we compared to Patton's when scouting him last month.
