Roster News: Jets re-sign TE Walford; Tomlinson to IR

The Jets have made a roster move ahead of their last game:

Walford had a decent preseason, catching seven passes for 92 yards, but was released in favor of Tomlinson, Neal Sterling and the two recent draft picks. He briefly signed for the Colts in November but did not play for them.

The 26-year old Tomlinson will be a restricted free agent at the end of the season.
