Roster News: Jets release K Maher

The Jets have made the Donte Moncrief move official and announced the corresponding move:

Maher missed two kicks in Sunday's practice at Metlife Stadium whereas incumbent kicker Sam Ficken was a perfect 4-for-4 on the day. The role is Ficken's for now, but we expect the team will keep scouring the waiver wires for potential upgrades.
