Roster News: Jets release Williams, sign Walker, elevate two

The Jets have announced their final moves ahead of tomorrow's game against Dallas:

Walker was also elevated last week as the Jets only had four linebackers on the active roster. His role against the Dolphins was special teams only, though, as was the case for Cam Jones and Mark Robinson, so we might not see him get defensive reps even if there's an injury or two.

Clark has been elevated for a third straight week, also for special teams, where he has done quite well.

In the return game, the Jets are exchanging one Williams for another on a first in first out basis. The new Williams has more experience of both punt and kick returns.
