Roster News: Jets sign Camper to replace injured WR Scott
The Jets have made an aptly-named signing:
The Jets are waiving WR Gee Scott with an injury designation and signing WR Cam Camper, per source. Camper most recently played in the UFL. He worked out for the Jets this morning.

Scott is the second WR to be waived/injured in two days after Jalen Walthall yesterday but these are all guys who are probably a long-shot to even make the practice squad.
The 24-year old Camper is 6'3" and ran a 4.52 in the 40-yard dash at his pro day. He had over 900 receiving yards at Boise State in 2024, having previously played for Indiana.
As an undrafted rookie with the Jags last season, Camper was released in final cuts. He had one catch in preseason.
Camper also played in the UFL, where he was fourth in the league with a 14.8 yards per catch average this year. He had 23 catches for 340 yards and three touchdowns overall.
