Roster News: Jets sign DT Hector, waive Streveler

The Jets have made a couple more personnel moves:

Hector adds depth to a group which was only three deep on Thursday night, with Marquiss Spencer's late injury further adding to the lack of depth with the main rotation players rested. The 28-year old has played in 14 NFL games in three seasons with one start, recording seven tackles and two quarterback hits.

Streveler was the MVP of preseason last year but injured his hand on Thursday night and the team is presumably comfortable with just two backups behind Aaron Rodgers.
