Roster News: Jets sign Ford, cut Blackshire, plan to sign Koo

The Jets confirmed the Irv Charles trade and two other moves:

This leaves an open roster spot, which reportedly is going to veteran kicker Younghoe Koo, who was a pro bowler back in 2020 but had a rough year in 2025. He'll compete with Lenny Krieg and Cade York for now.

Ford, another rookie, replaces Blackshire on the 90-man roster, as the Jets seemingly have been more impressed with recent udfa linebacker signing Jaden Keller instead.
