Roster News: McGovern, Schweitzer and Woods all headed to injured reserve

Bad news for the Jets, who had already confirmed that Al Woods tore his Achilles in yesterday's game:

Saleh said C Connor McGovern (knee) and G/C Wes Schweitzer (calf) are both headed to IR but both have a chance to return this season. He said McGovern isn't "out of the woods" with his knee but it's a "best case scenario" after how bad it looked on the field yesterday. #Jets

If Tippmann can't start on Monday night, Xavier Newman will be an option to start at center, according to Robert Saleh.
