Roster News: Ogletree, Malone, Adams added to active roster

The Jets needed to make a few moves ahead of tomorrow's game and here they are:

Adding Adams and Ogletree could be a sign that the Jets aren't sure yet if La'Mical Perine and Avery Williamson are ready to make their return. Alternatively, Adams might be preferred to Kalen Ballage at this stage because Ballage only just arrived here and maybe they want some extra cover for Williamson after what happened to Blake Cashman last week.

This will be the last time both Adams and Malone can be elevated like this during the week as you're limited to twice per player this season. If they need to do this again next week, they'll have to sign them to the active roster or activate someone else in this way.

Even with these moves, the Jets - who still have an open spot on their 53-man roster - will only have four receivers healthy for tomorrow's game.

The Jets will need to make six players inactive tomorrow, of which Joe Flacco, James Morgan and Jamison Crowder are obvious choices.
