Roster News: Sweat to IR, three added to roster

The Jets have announced their pre-game roster moves ahead of tomorrow:

As expected, the Jets needed to bring up multiple defensive linemen but Bell and Page will be obvious downgrades.

Sweat - who should apparently be back before the end of the season - is going to be a loss against the run but maybe the Jets will play differently without him. It should be a good opportunity for some youngsters.

As noted, Max Mitchell being out leaves the Jets with just three tackles even if Dylan Parham returns so Banks being elevated is unlikely to be an indication of Parham's likely status.
