Roster News: Toafili and Walker to practice squad

The Jets made some tweaks ahead of gameweek:

We've signed RB Lawrance Toafili and LB Mykal Walker to the practice squad.

Toafili was easily the Jets' most impressive running back in preseason, so it's good to see him earning that last spot.

Walker is an upgrade over the rookie Boog Smith, whose spot on the practice squad he is taking. The 28-year old former fourth round pick brings valuable experience. He has 241 tackles and four interceptions since being drafted in 2020.
