Training Camp Practice Recap

Training camp continued today with media on hand for the Jets' practice. Here's what went down according to those on hand:

Isaiah Davis will be out for a few weeks with a knee injury while Kingsley Enagbare and Nahshon Wright have minor issues that shouldn't keep them out long;
David Bailey had a mixed day as he beat Olu Fashanu for a sack and had some pressure but was exploited in the run game as Breece Hall and Braelon Allen had big plays running at him;
Geno Smith had a strong day with standout touchdown throws to Garrett Wilson and AD Mitchell;
Cade Klubnik struggled but did throw a touchdown to Isaiah Williams in 7's. Mykal Walker intercepted his first pass of the day;
Omar Cooper had a TD in 7 on 7 action but then had a bad drop;
Arian Smith made tough catches on back to back plays;
Jarvis Brownlee dropped an interception and then later combined with Andre Cisco for a downfield breakup;
AZ Thomas made a good play on Wilson and had a good tackle in the red zone but the first team offense had a lot of success down there;
Brady Cook had a TD pass to Chase Curtis in traffic:
Marcelino Mccrary-Ball had some good hits in 7's;
Malachi Moore, Jarius Monroe and Samuel Womack made plays near the line of scrimmage; and
Cade York missed two of his seven field goal attempts but Jason Sanders missed four of eight, including three in a row from 47, 51 and 53.
