Your Jet-free Sunday late game thread

With the Jets not playing until Monday night, we can enjoy today's action from around the NFL.

Here's what to watch out for in the late games:

  • Chiefs at Raiders

The Raiders have a chance to shock everyone and move to 2-0 following their win over Denver on Monday night. The road-team Chiefs will be favored in this one though after Pat Mahomes had a big day with Sammy Watkins stepping up after Tyreek Hill got injured.

  • Saints at Rams

The last time these teams met, the Rams controversially won their spot in the Super Bowl thanks in part to a blown pass interference non-call. The Saints won on Will Lutz's 58-yard field goal at the buzzer last week, while the Rams made tough work of beating the Panthers.

  • Bears at Broncos

The Bears' defense makes them a favorite on the road here, despite their woeful offensive performance on Sunday. Mitchell Trubisky needs to play better. Denver struggled in Monday night's loss to the Raiders.

  • Eagles at Falcons (Sunday Night Football)

Grady Jarrett was dominant for the Falcons last week, but the rest of the team floundered in a big loss to the Vikings. After a rough first half, DeSean Jackson led the Eagles back on his return to the team where he made his name.
