Your Jet-free Sunday early games thread

With the Jets not playing this week, we can enjoy today's action from around the NFL.

Here's what to watch out for in the early games:

  • Carolina at Houston

With Cam Newton out, the Texans will be favored to move to 3-1 as they jostle with the Colts for the lead in the AFC South.

  • Cleveland at Baltimore

This is an interesting matchup between two of last year's rookie quarterbacks and two of the best defenses in the AFC. A road win for the Browns will create a tie at the top of the division.

  • Washington at New York Giants

Daniel Jones and the Giants have a good chance to build on the momentum from last week's win against a winless team, as Case Keenum is dealing with a foot injury.

  • San Diego at Miami

It's the Chargers' turn to blow out the Dolphins this week. Don't forget to put all the Chargers' playmakers in your fantasy team.

  • New England at Buffalo

BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!

  • Oakland at Indianapolis

Despite losing Andrew Luck, the Colts are 2-1 and tied for the division lead in the AFC South. The Raiders have lost two in a row since their opening day win over the Broncos.

  • Kansas City at Detroit

It's a match-up of two unbeaten teams - although Detroit does have one tie. Can Patrick Mahomes keep up his early MVP pace?

  • Tennessee at Atlanta

Finally, two 1-2 teams face off in one of the week's least appealing games on paper that could actually turn out to be a good one. Neither team will want to drop into a 1-3 hole at this stage of the season.
