Breaking: Jets draft Michael Carter with the 107th pick

With the second pick of day three, the Jets didn't waste any time adding another player to the mix by selecting running back Michael Carter from North Carolina.

The 5'8" Carter was overshadowed by his flashier teammate Javonte Williams to some extent but still improved his production each year, with over 1,200 rushing yards and 11 touchdowns last season.

Although he only ran 4.54 at his pro day, Carter displays good speed and vision on film and did post elite agility numbers in his pro day workout.

He also offers some pass catching abilities despite not having caught more than 25 passes in any of his college seasons.

Welcome to the Jets, Michael!

We'll have more analysis on this tomorrow, but for now, let us know what you think in the comments.
