For a change the Jets stayed pat and made their pick, selecting Jordan Leggett with the 150th pick.
The 6'5" Leggett is a pass catching tight end who does a lot of damage out of the slot. He is good after the catch, has pretty reliable hands and came up with some clutch plays over the past couple of seasons for last year's BCS title winning Clemson team.
The Jets are so weak at the tight end position that you can more or less pencil Leggett into the starting line-up. That could be a productive use for a fifth rounder.
Analysis to follow tomorrow, but for now, let's hear your take on this pick. Stay in the official thread to discuss the ongoing events in the draft.
