Jets select West Georgia DE/OLB Dylan Donahue with the 181st pick

After having traded down yet again from 160, the Jets went with small-school sleeper Dylan Donahue with their late-fifth round pick.

The Jets obviously need better pass rushing off the edge and Donahue had 25.5 sacks over the past two seasons. He can apparently bend the edge and is a good athlete, but played at a low level of competition so it's going to be a challenge for him to contribute against NFL-level talent.

After the earlier trade, the Jets have four picks left, all in the sixth round. The next one is at 188.

Analysis to follow tomorrow, but for now, let's hear your take on this pick. Stay in the official thread to discuss the ongoing events in the draft.
