Postgame: Jets 17 Dolphins 24

A really frustrating game saw the Jets shoot themselves in the foot in a game they probably should have won.

Key penalties to negate third down stops, two missed field goals, a turnover inside the Dolphins 10-yard line and a blown coverage by first time starter Isaiah Dunn on a 65-yard touchdown pass basically handed the game to the Dolphins, who won their third straight.

Joe Flacco passed for 291 yards and two scores but lost a key fumble. The Jets' passing game was paced by a great performance from rookie Elijah Moore, who caught eight passes for 141 yards and a 62-yard touchdown. The Jets' running game also looked good until Ace Carter injured his ankle early in the second half, after which it fell flat.

The Jets also lost CJ Mosley to injury late, as he collided with another first time starter, Elijah Riley. Laurent Duvernay-Tardif also made his first start as a Jet with Greg Van Roten benched.

At least it wasn't a blowout...

We'll be back with in-depth analysis throughout the day tomorrow so check in early and often. For now, this is your space to vent...
