Roster News: Campbell signed to active roster

The Jets made a couple of roster moves:

We’ve signed DB Elijah Campbell to the active roster and LB Brady Sheldon to the practice squad.

Campbell was elevated from the practice squad for Sunday's game and played on special teams.

Sheldon has played in three NFL games but only on special teams. The 27-year old is 6'5" and 231 pounds and runs a 4.5 in the 40-yard dash. The Jets are his fifth NFL team.

The Jets still have a spot open on their 53-man roster and a few players who are likely to be placed on injured reserve this week, so we'll see what moves they make.
