Roster News: Jets sign FB to practice squad, make other moves

The Jets have been shuffling their practice squad over the last few days, re-signing Isaiah Williams and Sheldrick Redwine after the pair were released from the main roster following the Patriots game.

Today they made another move:

Blair was expected to be a useful backup, especially after Carl Lawson and Vinny Curry were ruled out for the season, but he's been unable to get healthy. However, John Franklin-Myers and Bryce Huff have done well so far and Shaq Lawson and Tim Ward look like solid additions too.

Bawden might get a shot at taking Trevon Wesco's role at some point soon. Wesco played just two snaps in the last game. The 25-year old former seventh round pick has had a lot of injury issues in his career so far, but played in 10 games for the Lions in 2019.
