Roster News: Paul Worrilow signed to practice squad

The Jets have confirmed a move that was rumored yesterday:

Worrilow, who was in Philadelphia with Joe Douglas in 2018 but did not play due to injury, came out of retirement to sign for the Jets last season. However, he only played on special teams for them in four appearances before getting injured again.

The 30-year old has started 52 games in his career but hasn't played any defensive snaps since 2017. The Jets need linebacker cover with Blake Cashman on injured reserve and Avery Williamson also having missed Sunday's game.
