Roster News: Smart re-signed to practice squad, James released

The Jets made another minor move:

It's not a big surprise to see Smart back. We shall see if he is still in the rotation for the next few weeks.

James, who played a big role in the Eagles win, has been on and off the team a few times, like Smart, so could return at some point
