The Jets went with their fourth offensive skill position player of the day when they selected Louisiana-Lafayette's Elijah McGuire with the second of their four sixth round picks.
McGuire is a player I was really high on a couple of years ago, but he hadn't been quite as effective over the past couple of years. He had poor agility numbers at the combine, but is a good playmaker, both as a runner and in the passing game.
The Jets were due to pick again at 191, but traded it away for a 2018 fifth round pick. They have two picks left, at 197 and 204.
Analysis to follow tomorrow, but for now, let's hear your take on this pick. Stay in the official thread to discuss the ongoing events in the draft.
